Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Practice Sitting at practicesitting.com (the "service"), operated by Leading srl STP, Via Lazzaretto 1, 20060 Gessate (MI), Italy, VAT IT11516580963, REA MI-2608977 ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. The service

Practice Sitting is a practice and study tool for the International Coaching Federation (ICF) credential exams: the ACC Exam, the ICF Credentialing Exam and the new PCC-MCC Exam, and the ACTC Exam. It offers timed simulations that follow the published format of each exam, diagnostic attempts, explanations of every answer option, and study features such as drills and spaced review.

2. Not affiliated with ICF

Practice Sitting is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the International Coaching Federation. ICF, ACC, PCC, MCC and ACTC are trademarks of their owner and are used here only to describe the exams this service helps you prepare for.

Scores shown by the service are readiness indicators computed on our own question bank. They do not predict or guarantee your result in the official exam. ICF does not publish how raw answers convert to its 200–600 scale, so the conversion used here is our own assumption and is stated as such in the app. The pass mark is shown for reference only.

3. How the questions are made

All questions are original. They are not questions from the real ICF exams, recalled or otherwise. They are written with the help of AI models, working from ICF's publicly available documents (Core Competencies, Code of Ethics, Minimum Skills Requirements, PCC Markers and related guides). Each question cites the passages it relies on. Before publication, each one passes automated checks: source verification, blind solving and a review of distractor quality.

ICF documents are linked and briefly quoted with attribution. They are not republished. ICF may revise its standards and exam formats. We update the service when it does, but we cannot guarantee that every question reflects a change on the day it takes effect. Where a detail of an exam format is not yet published by ICF, the app says that it is an estimate.

4. Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old. An account is personal: one account per person, and accounts may not be shared. You can sign up with an email address and password, or with Google or LinkedIn. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe. Tell us at once at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.

5. Do not send us real exam content

Every candidate signs ICF's Candidate Non-Disclosure Agreement before sitting the exam. Under that agreement, exam content belongs to ICF and may not be shared. You must not send us any content from a real ICF exam, including questions or scenarios you remember, whether through the question-report form, by email or in any other way.

The report form is for problems with our questions, such as an error or an ambiguity. If we receive material that appears to come from a real exam, we will not use it and we will delete it.

6. Acceptable use

You may use the service for your own preparation. You must not:

• copy, publish, sell or otherwise redistribute the questions, explanations or scores, in whole or in substantial part;
• scrape the service, access it by automated means, or try to extract the question bank;
• create multiple accounts to obtain more free content;
• present the service or its results as an official ICF assessment;
• interfere with the service's security or operation.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these rules. For serious breaches we may do so without notice.

7. Plans and payment

Free. With a free account you can take one diagnostic attempt per exam. You see your score and a profile by domain, without the explanations.

Pro. Pro is bought separately for each exam. It gives 3 months of full access to that exam from the moment of purchase: unlimited timed simulations, explanations of every option with their ICF sources, and all study features. Pro is a one-time payment and does not renew automatically. While Pro is active, you can add 3 more months as an extension, for example if your exam date moves. The PCC-MCC Pro covers both the ICF Credentialing Exam and the new PCC-MCC Exam.

The price shown at checkout is the total you pay, including any VAT that applies. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card number. When a Pro period ends, the account returns to the free plan. Your history and progress are kept.

8. Refunds

You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of any purchase, for any reason. Write to [email protected] from the address on your account, stating which purchase you want refunded. We refund the full amount to the original payment method through Stripe, usually within a few business days. How long it takes to reach your account depends on your bank. Pro access for that purchase ends when the refund is issued.

Refunds are never tied to your exam result. We do not offer "pass or your money back". No preparation tool can promise a result in an exam it does not run, and we will not suggest otherwise.

If you are a consumer in the EU, you also have a statutory right of withdrawal from contracts for digital content. That right can be lost once supply of the content begins with your consent. Our 14-day refund applies whether or not you have started using Pro, so you are never in a worse position than the law provides.

9. Intellectual property

The service belongs to Leading srl STP, including its questions, explanations, study methods and design. Buying Pro gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own preparation during the period you paid for. You keep ownership of anything you write to us, such as a question report. You give us permission to use it to improve the service.

10. Availability and liability

We aim to keep the service available at all times, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change or improve features. If a change materially reduces what a Pro purchase gives you while it is active, you may ask for a refund of the unused part.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including the outcome of any exam. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it. None of this limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your mandatory rights as a consumer.

11. Closing your account

You can ask us to close your account and delete your data at any time by writing to [email protected]. The Privacy Policy explains what we keep and for how long.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence and may bring proceedings in the courts where you live. For users acting for business purposes, the courts of Milan, Italy, have exclusive jurisdiction.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will email registered users about material changes before they take effect and update the date above. Changes do not affect a Pro period you have already paid for.
